The best way to relax: drinking tea

In this fast-paced world, I have found the most gentle way to relax - drinking tea.

I remember the old tea cabinet in my grandmother's house. The dark brown wood is engraved with delicate patterns. Every time it is opened, there is a special fragrance.

When I was a child, I always loved to secretly open the cabinet and look at the various teas and exquisite tea sets inside, but I didn't understand why adults were so obsessed with these seemingly ordinary leaves.

It was not until a rainy day many years later that I was in a bad mood and made a cup of Dahongpao that my grandmother treasured, and then I really understood the charm of tea.

At that moment, the fragrance of tea was like a wisp of light smoke, slowly smoothing the wrinkles in my heart.

I began to understand that drinking tea is not only to quench thirst, but also a kind of emotional guidance and a kind of spiritual comfort. From then on, tea has become an indispensable part of my life.

I like to make a cup of elegant green tea for myself in this quiet moment. Longjing, Biluochun or Maojian, they carry the breath of spring, and the tender green tea soup is like a clear spring, refreshing.

Take a sip, and there is a slight bitterness on the tip of the tongue, followed by waves of sweetness, as if the initial difficulties in life will eventually turn into sweet rewards.

In the afternoon, the sun becomes gentle, and I will choose an oolong tea at this time.

Tieguanyin or Dahongpao slowly releases their charm in the purple clay pot.

Watching the tea leaves stretch and float in the hot water is like watching an elegant dance. The tea fragrance is dense and the aftertaste is long, which can relieve the tired body and mind for a moment.

Sometimes, I will put a small table on the balcony, taste tea, look at the scenery outside the window, and feel the beauty of time flowing in the tea fragrance.

At dusk, I will choose black tea. Add a little honey and milk, warm and fragrant.

They are like a close friend, soothing my emotions in a gentle way, allowing me to find comfort in the embrace of tea.

The amber tea soup is like the afterglow of the sunset, bright but not dazzling, warm but not scorching.

In the dead of night, a cup of flower tea is the best company.

Jasmine, rose or chrysanthemum, their fragrance is as light and ethereal as a dream. In this quiet moment, I like to review the bits and pieces of the day and be grateful for every moment in life.

The temperature of the tea gradually decreases, but it still exudes a faint fragrance, as if reminding me: even in the coldest time, life still has its beauty and charm.

For me, drinking tea is not only a choice of drink, but also an attitude towards life.

In this world full of pressure and noise, tea taught me how to slow down, how to savor the present, and how to find beauty in the ordinary.

Every cup of tea is a dialogue with myself and a precipitation of the soul.

I like to collect different tea sets, from simple purple clay teapots to exquisite blue and white porcelain cups, each of which has its own unique charm and story.

The process of using them to make tea is a ritual that makes ordinary days special and precious. Sometimes, I will invite a few friends to taste tea and chat together, sharing each other's joy and sorrow in the fragrance of tea. Those times are simple and warm, and are the purest happiness in life.

Tea is my best way to relax and the most gentle existence in my life.
