Balanced diet
You may want to try to adjust your daily diet to rich vegetables and fruits, whole grains, high-quality protein (such as fish, poultry, beans) and healthy fats (such as olive oil, nuts).
At the same time, eat less processed foods, high-sugar drinks and high-fat foods. These foods generally contain more additives and fat. Eating too much increases the risk of chronic diseases. Remember to maintain a regular diet, do not overeat, and eat 70% to 80% full at each meal.
Moderate exercise
Do more brisk walking, jogging, swimming, yoga and strength training on a daily basis, and make a reasonable exercise plan according to your personal physique and health status.
When exercising, you should follow the principle of "moderate, gradual, and comprehensive" to avoid injuries caused by excessive exercise. Before exercising, you should do a full warm-up and stretching to reduce the risk of injury.
Adequate sleep
It is recommended that adults should ensure 7-9 hours of high-quality sleep every night. Before going to bed, you may wish to soak your feet, read a book, and relax your body and mind, so that you can fall asleep faster. Keep the room at a suitable temperature, light and comfortable bed, and don't drink caffeinated beverages at night. Especially before going to bed, use less electronic devices.
Maintain mental health
You should learn to deal with stress correctly and stay optimistic and cheerful. Try meditation, deep breathing, chatting with relatives and friends to relax. You may as well cultivate your own hobbies, so that you can find relaxation and enjoy the fun of life after being busy.
The above is the practice of daily health care. Of course, health care is more important than prevention. It is recommended to have regular physical examinations. Prevention is the best!
